1-How can we trust you ?

We have been engaged in caster wheels for more than 10 years,welcome to our factory.We update all status after get your orders,as if you were here.

You can call our customers to verify we are real and reliable factory, if we have customers in your country.

You could also arrange the third part company to inspect the goods before delivery.

If you have friends in China,then you can also let them verify our factory.

2-Quality warranty ?

We will update the pictures and production status after get your orders,all products will be inspected before leaving our factory.
If it is our quality issue that makes the product unusable, we will replace it for free.

we promise one year quality guarantee under normal condition use.

3-Free samples available ?

For regular customer: provide free samples unconditionally and we will also pay express charges.

For new customers:we also supply free samples if the samples value less then USD 15,and customers pay express charges .

4-How can we get getter price or discount?

The price depends on product cost, exchange rate, and order quantity (or shipping freight).

For regular customers,we supply lower price and calculate price based on current US dollar exchange rate to save customers’ cost.

For new customers,if order quantity less than MOQ,we will produce it with other orders. In this way,it can save your cost and finish your order ASAP.And we will supply discount for large orders,do not worry.

If we do not have customers in your country,then we will supply discount directly.

5-Means of payment and bank account ?

We supply company USD bank account,individual USD bank account,company RMB bank account,individual RMB bank account , Western union and Alipay,you can choose it according to your situation.

6-What about payment terms ?

30% deposit before production,and 70% balance before delivery.

It’s company rules for all customers.

7-MOQ and can you support us with small quantity for trial order? 

Different caster require diffrerent MOQ,we will check MOQ for you .Do not worry,we totally understand that sometimes the trial order will be small quantity,can not reach MOQ,it’s normal.We will grow up with all customers together.

No problem,we will try our best to serve you no matter small order or large order.

8-How to customize castor wheels ?

Just kindly tell us your requirments ,we will make drawing to let you confirm .

Then develop mold ,and produce free samples to let you test.

We will refund mold charges after the order reach a certain quantity.

9-How to handle sea shipping and certificate for customs clearance?

If you have forwarder in China,then we will cooprate with them.

We will handle the goods for you if you do not have agent in China,very easy.

please rest assured,we will follow up till the goods reach you.

We can also make CO(certificate of origin) ,FORM E ,FORM F,FORM R ,etc. They will reduce or exempt customs duty at destination port.

10-Could you purchase other goods for us except caster wheels?

 No problem,our factory produce castor wheels and hand truck trolley,if you plan to import other goods from China,we can also purchase them for you . Right now we purchase many products for our customers as the cilent’s agent in China.
